Since its establishment in 1996, Project Dynamic S.A. has been a public limited company, with its shareholders being experienced in the construction field. Currently, the Board of Directors, who is responsible for the Company’s overall supervision till the end of 2015, is comprised of 7 directors:

2. Moysi Saki – Vice President and Managing Director
3. Nikolao Dondi – Technical Director and Managing Director
4. Apostolo Siarambi – Member
5. Kuriako Kotsali – Member
6. Thomi Papanikolaou – Member
7. Rosalin Saki – Member

All the members of the board of directors are part of Project Dynamic’s technical staff.
